    We also make mistake, but we can find out earlier and solve it faster and better than others. For any problems, we will inform customer at once, report all details with photos, and attach our suggested solutions. We NEVER conceal from customers.

    For mould quality inspection, we have our own mould inspection standard, it list all details and must be checked and filled one by one, it covers mould heating system(check mould temperature difference), mould ejection system(ejection balance), mould guiding system(wear plate gap and so on), ejection guiding system, chrome plating thickness, cut to pieces sample thickness, flash thickess....... and so on
